The GO Gateshead Pilates class builds core strength through a range of mat-based exercises and controlled breathing. Our instructors focus on precise stretches and relaxing breathing techniques to tone muscles and release tension.

Pilates is a low-impact activity that's suitable for everyone. If you can get down on the floor and back up again, you can join in.
If you suffer from back pain, poor posture, arthritis or stress, Pilates is a great activity to try. It's been proven to help with all of those things.
