Go Cyclecise

What does it involve?

This Go Cyclecise session is ideal for those wanting to get back in the saddle but concerned about their fitness levels and technique. Go Cyclecise allows you to gradually build up your cardio fitness as well as leg strength whilst work at your own pace.

GO Cyclecise Tone includes upper body work.

Is it for me?

The session is an ideal introduction to cycling getting you used to the saddle and using those large muscle groups in the legs.

What do I need?

  • comfortable clothing for activity
  • comfortable trainers
  • drink
  • towel

Go Cyclecise is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
