What does it involve?

This light cyclecise session is ideal for those wanting to get back in the saddle but concerned about their fitness levels and technique. Light Cyclecise allows you to gradually build up your cardio fitness as well as leg strength whilst work at your own pace.

Is it for me?

The session is an ideal introduction to cycling getting you used to the saddle and using those large muscle groups in the legs.

What do I need?
