What does it involve?
This moderate intensity workout give you 25 minute cardio workout on the indoor bikes followed by a 25 minute strength workout using equipment which helps improve the core and upper body strength.
These lunchtime sessions are ideal if you are pushed for time and just want to burn those calories on the bike allowing you to opt out of the strength session.
Is it for me?
The session is ideal for those building up their fitness but aren't too confident about exercising for a full hour as well as for those on a lunchtime preferring to do their workout within the working day.
What do I need?

Cycle Tone is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
