Reactivating your membership

As all of our leisure centres are now open, Direct Debit collections will restart for all members from November. Our payment collection agency will contact you with details of your payments.

You don't need to do anything to reactivate your membership. 

However, if you're not ready to return to our leisure centres, we can keep your membership frozen. Just send us an email at go@gateshead.gov.uk
