Reactivating your membership

If you wish to return to any of our leisure centres, you must first reactivate your membership. This will also reactivate your GO Gateshead card so you can book activities online. 

You can do this by completing our reactivation form. Once submitted, we'll be in touch to let you know that we have restarted your Direct Debit and that you are able to begin making bookings for our gyms, pools and fitness classes.

Reactivating an annual membership

If you pay for an annual membership, please contact our customer service team at go@gateshead.gov.uk, who will be able to extend your membership to account for all months you were unable to attend due to the closures.

Joining as a new member

If you are not a member and wish to join, we have a range of membership options to suit your needs. 

Currently, new memberships will include access to all reopened facilities.
