GO Moderate Cardio/Strength
What does it involve?
For those preferring to exercise outdoors and enjoy our British summer, these outdoor workouts combine body weight exercises and take advantage of our outdoor tracks to include running and sprints and provide an excellent cardio and strength workout.
Is it for me?
If you like to challenge yourself physically you'll very much like what our summer bootcamp has to offer. You'll be working on our outdoor tracks, with the GO Gateshead team close by with a dose of motivation whenever you need it.
We've rated Boot Camp a GO Moderate class, which means it's best suited to intermediate and regular exercisers.
What do I need?
