What does it involve?

This session combines a number of different exercises which can be done seated or standing or a combination of both as your fitness levels start to improve. This session is ideal for older people and those with health conditions or concerned with their mobility. 

Is it for me?

If you have been recommended by a health professional to take up exercise to help manage a long term health condition or you are new to exercise and concerned about your fitness levels and not sure where to start then this session is for you.

Our instructors will be able to advise on progression when your fitness levels improve.
