What does it involve?
A traditional cycling workout to improve cardio fitness with the addition of an abdominal workout off the bike on a mat alongside to help strengthen your core and improve your overall cycling.
Is it for me?
Cycling allows you to work at your own pace as you set the resistance you are working to and the addition of the abdominal exercises makes it ideal to add a bit more strengthening to this workout if you want that extra motivation.
What do I need?

- comfortable trainers
- drink
- towel
Cyclecise and core is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
