What does it involve?
The Kettlebell Circuit is an interval workout combining a mix of high intensity exercises to improve cardio fitness and low impact exercises using the kettlebell to focus on upper body strength.
Is it for me?
Circuit sessions allow you to work at your own pace, you can choose the weight of your kettlebell or don't use at all if you are a complete beginner so suitable for all abilities.
What do I need?
- comfortable clothing for activity
- comfortable trainers
Kettlebells is included in the GO Gateshead Membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
