What does it involve?
A mat-based session which challenges both strength and balance in this unique exercise session. The session combines traditional mat Pilates exercises and the gym ball brings an extra challenge to focus on balance as well as strength.
Is it for me?
If you enjoy Pilates but would like to incorporate additional and unique exercises into your routine to improve fitness and wellbeing then this session is for you.
What do I need?
- comfortable clothing for activity
- drink
- towel
- class is barefoot
Pilates and gym ball is included in the GO Gateshead Membership. You can come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
