Freeze your GO membership
Did you know we can freeze your GO membership account for up to six months? For example, you may be pregnant or due a hospital stay and do not want to cancel as you plan to start using your membership again very soon, that's no problem.
During your freeze period please do not cancel your direct debit (DD) at the bank.
Cancel your GO membership
You can cancel your membership with 30 days written notice if you feel we have significantly changed the leisure offer since joining.
If you're struggling with your monthly payments, moving out of the area or are still within your 12 month contractual period please contact us to discuss your options.
For all cancellations it is very important that you inform us first before you cancel your direct debit with your bank, failure to do this will default your payment when DFC try to collect on our behalf.
You should only cancel your direct debit once we have confirmed your membership has been cancelled.
