The way we process telephone payments is changing from 1 August 2022.
If you call any of our leisure centres to book an activity, we will need to call you back through a secure line to take payment. You will then need to key in your card number, rather than reading it out. This will help keep your details safe and private, in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
However, your booking will take longer and at busy times, we may not be able to call you back straight away.
The quickest and easiest way to book is online. We recommend using our online booking system wherever possible and there are video tutorials available to help you. Alternatively, you can book and pay for your fitness classes, swimming and other activities in person at the leisure centre reception.
