From Monday 2 September to Sunday 9 September, the swimming pool at Heworth Leisure Centre will be closed whilst we carry out essential repairs.

Fitness classes (with the exception of aqua fit) and the gym are all open as normal.

Customers on swimming lessons will have received an email regarding the closure and a credit will be applied. If you haven't received this email, please email go@gateshead.gov.uk to ensure we have the correct contact details for you.

Public swimming will still be available at Dunston and Blaydon. See pool timetables.
