What does it involve?
Abs Blast is an intense abdominal workout aimed at developing core muscles. Our instructors take you through a range of mat-based exercises of varying intensities and motivate you to achieve your desired results. Hour-long workouts focus on all aspects of your abdominal muscles, helping to build strength, improve posture and tone abs.
Is it for me?
Abs Blast is a high-intensity class that's best suited to those with a high-level of physical fitness. It's not easy, but it's fun and hugely rewarding, with visible physical results.
Lighter exercisers might want to build up to this class by trying Legs, Bums and Tums.
If you're a regular gym-goer looking for a new challenge, Abs Blast lets you work towards your goals in a friendly and motivational setting.
What do I need?

Abs Blast is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
