Buggy Boot Camp
What does it involve?
Finding the time to exercise with a new baby is tough. But what if your baby was part of the exercise? Buggy Boot Camp lets you shift the baby weight by using your baby as a weight.
Across a one hour session, our instructors take you through a range of exercises. Starting with a warm-up, we'll build the intensity gradually with bursts of cardiovascular and strength training exercises to help you regain posture and improve fitness levels affected by pregnancy and birth.
Is it for me?
Baby Boot Camp is perfect for all new mums, parents and carers. It gives you the chance to get out the house with baby in tow and socialise with others mums in a fun environment.
It's also a great way to keep babies and toddlers entertained. They'll just see exercise as you trying to be funny. Yes, babies will cry from time to time. That's absolutely fine. It's what they do. You'll be able to take as much time out as you need for cuddles and feeding.
Buggy Boot Camp helps build confidence and gives you the chance to do something for yourself, without the worry of being separated from your baby.
New mums must have had their eight weeks post-natal check up with a GP and been cleared to exercise with weighted equipment.
