GO Moderate Strength/Conditioning
What does it involve?
Body sculpting (or core conditioning) is a non-aerobic, muscle toning class. We focus on improving core strength, increasing flexibility and burning calories by guiding you through a range of traditional weight training exercises.
Exercises are low impact and classes are fun and motivational for all. It's a one-hour total body workout, that'll leave you feeling great about yourself.
Is it for me?
Our Body Sculpt classes are suited to anyone that enjoys being active. You don't need to be a bodybuilder or a fitness fanatic to join in, but we will be focusing on all muscle groups, so expect to work up a sweat.
If you're new to exercise, you might want try out Light Circuits first.
Body Sculpt is place to bring friends and make new friends in a social environment. We think you'll love it.
What do I need?

Body Sculpt is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
