What does it involve?
A high-energy cycling workout to increase cardio fitness, build core strength and tone muscles. Using stationary bikes, our instructors help you improve fitness levels through a combination of speed and resistance exercises.
You'll tone-up your legs, stomach and buttocks, without placing any stress or strain on joints.
Is it for me?
Cyclecise gives you the chance to get on a bike, without the worry of city traffic or rubbish weather! The GO Moderate intensity level makes it suitable for intermediate and regular exercisers.
Cyclecise takes place in a positive environment, overseen by our inspirational coaches, making it a great place to workout amongst friends. You don't have to like bikes, but if you don't mind pedalling, you'll love it!

Cyclecise is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
