What does it involve?

Performing squats, lunges, swings and presses all with one weight.

The magic is not in the weight, but in the way you use it. Our Kettlebell workouts help build core strength, improve posture and boost stamina. All while helping to burn calories and tone muscles.

Is it for me?

Kettlebells class is like no workout you've tried before, but we're confident it's the most fun you'll ever have throwing a weight around.

Don't worry if you've never handled a kettlebell, GO Gateshead's qualified instructors will show you exactly how to use them safely and confidently.

Kettlebells is a full-body workout that gets the heart pumping and the blood flowing. It's challenging for men and women. We've rated it as GO Moderate, which makes it perfect for any intermediate or regular exerciser.

Kettlebells is included in the GO Gateshead Membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
