GO Light/GO Moderate Stretch/Toning
What does it involve?
Legs, Bums and Tums class focuses on a range of lower body exercises to shape and tone thighs, buttocks and stomachs.
Our instructors lead you through a gentle warm up before we get to the serious workout. Of course, by serious, what we really mean is fun.
There'll be lunges, step aerobics and air-cycling on your back for the legs, with squats for the bum and crunches for the tum. And you'll walk away feeling fitter and more confident with your body.

Our GO Light classes are low-impact, designed to improve flexibility and mobility for those taking up a class for the first time. They're perfect if you're looking to getting active, take up a new hobby or just get out of the house for an hour.
Our GO Moderate classes are more intensive and concentrate on exercises to tone thighs, abs and buttocks. These are suited to intermediate and regular exercisers who are keen to burn calories and build strength.
Whether you're coming with friends or coming to make friends, you'll be glad you did.

Legs, Bums and Tums is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
