What does it involve?
Pads 'n' Abs uses boxing training techniques to strengthen and tone core muscles, specifically the abs, because, you know, boxers have great abs. But it's not all about the midriff. You'll be working pads in a variety of ways to improve cardio and movement. Also, there's no better cure for stress and tension than whacking a boxing pad!
Is it for me?
Pads 'n' Abs class is fun, energetic and a great way to improve physical and mental well-being. If you enjoy being active with friends and like the sound of boxing your way to a better lifestyle, you'll love this.
