Try Stability Core - you'll have a ball!

What does it involve?
Stability Core classes give purpose to those giant bouncy balls you see being used in leisure centres. As well as being fun to sit and bounce on, our instructors will help you use the stability balls to strengthen core muscles.
You'll be working muscles on the back, legs and stomach to increase flexibility and improve balance, and, of course, you'll be having plenty of fun along the way.
Is it for me?
Stability Core is great for anyone suffering with back issues or problems with posture. Plus, it's low-impact, so you won't be putting any stress on joints.
All of our sessions are held in a fun and positive environment, where you can work within your own limits with support from instructors and other class members. We're all friends here!
What do I need?
- comfortable clothing for activity
- comfortable trainers
Stability Core is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
