What does it involve?
Stomp might sound like a 90s techno group, but it's actually an incredibly effective way to improve cardio. It's step aerobics combined with high-intensity training, where instructors work, and dance, you through a series of cardiovascular exercises to burn fat and build overall fitness. You'll work hard to the music and rest in-between. It's fast-paced fun that'll leave you burning calories long after a session has ended.
Is it for me?
Stomp class is an intense one hour workout. It's fun and you'll have a laugh, but it's not easy. If you're fit and a cardio fiend, this is the challenge you've been looking for.
What do I need?
