GO Moderate Strength/Conditioning

What does it involve?

Total Body Conditioning class is a full-body workout designed by the GO Gateshead team to improve sporting performance. Using a combination of weight-based exercises and agility drills, we'll teach you the techniques needed to build strength and increase endurance - leaving you feeling more more energised and less stressed.

Is it for me?

If you enjoy toning and honing and working to the sound of music, you'll very much like what Total Body Conditioning has to offer. You'll be working in an inspiring environment, with the GO Gateshead team close by with a dose of motivation whenever you need it.

We've rated Total Body Conditioning a GO Moderate class, which means it's best suited to intermediate and regular exercisers. Newbies might want to check out Light circuits before graduating to this class.
