What does it involve?

GO Gateshead Yoga classes are a place of calm serenity - peace and quiet if you prefer. Here is where we help you feel more peaceful and relaxed. Instructors work through a sequence of stretches, postures and breathing techniques to improve flexibility, balance, muscle strength and blood circulation.

You'll get a cardio workout that leaves you feeling much better about the world and you'll sleep a lot better too.
