GO Moderate Strength
What does it involve?
Boot Camp class is a full-body workout designed by the GO Gateshead team to improve sporting performance. Using a combination of weight-based exercises and agility drills, we'll teach you the techniques needed to build strength and increase endurance - leaving you feeling more energised and less stressed.
Is it for me?
If you like to challenge yourself physically and working to the sound of music, you'll very much like what Boot Camp has to offer. You'll be working in an inspiring environment, with the GO Gateshead team close by with a dose of motivation whenever you need it.
We've rated Boot Camp a GO Moderate class, which means it's best suited to intermediate and regular exercisers. Newbies might want to check out Light Circuits before graduating to this class.
