GO Tough Cardio/Step
What does it involve?
Pump, but is a very effective way to improve cardio and strength. It's a choreographed session using weight plates and bar bells combined, where instructors work (and dance) you through a series of cardiovascular exercises to burn fat and build overall fitness. The training is designed to leave you burning calories long after a session has ended.
Is it for me?
Pump class is an intense one hour workout. It's fun, and you'll have a laugh, but it's not easy. If you're fit, this is the challenge you've been looking for.
What do I need?
- comfortable clothing for activity
- comfortable trainers
Pump FX is included in the GO Gateshead membership. You can also come and try it out on a pay-as-you-go basis.
